Service Description

Hatha Yoga: "The Sun and the Moon", “The Union of Opposites.” This style involves meditation, pranayama (breath), and asanas (poses). This is a "freestyle" class that can involve all styles or be themed around one. This is the foundation to the Physical Yoga practice.
