We want our pelvic floor to be balanced, not too relaxed and not too engaged. One way to bring your pelvic floor into balance is through the breath. In this class, Olga will teach you 360 breathing to help you tone your pelvic floor. Experience the connection between the breath and the pelvic floor while focusing on the sensation in the ribs as you inhale and exhale. Then you'll work on strengthening muscles that support the pelvic floor , glutes, core, hips and back muscles. No experience in yoga is necessary. If you suffer from lower back pain. This class is for you!
