Join us for a special Chakra Yoga class, designed to balance the seven chakras. We will use postures, breath work, and healing Hz music to unblock the main energy centers in the body. When the chakras are completely open and aligned, energy flows freely. Experience harmonious union of the spirit, mind, and body.
