This class is for the relaxation and subtle stretch that we all crave.
Service Description
In this class we will use a variety of props to support our bodies into relaxation. Each posture is held for minutes at a time, giving you space to balance your nervous system and nourish your internal organs with fresh oxygen and energy. You will release muscular tension, stress, and stagnant energy. It is in our calmest states that we heal deeply. We all feel the effects of a busy lifestyle; yoga is our remedy. Enjoy a cup of warm tea after class. This class is for all levels.
