Candlelight Yin

Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing slow paced style of yoga that incorporates extended holds and postures as we create ample space for our bodies to energetically release emotions and create a sense of clarity, calm and truth. Yin targets connective tissues, and fascia that are not normally exercised in active asana practices. This is an all levels class, first timers and experienced yogis welcome. Come as you are. Titi fills the room with light and healing. (In this class yoga props such as blocks, straps, and bolsters are used for extra support, and to help with in proper alignment. This helps increase flexibility, and also creates more space in the body.
