Service Description

This yoga practice is like no other! Yoga Nidra is known as "yogic sleep." Take a journey to the sweet place between wakefulness and sleep. Afterwards, feel the soothing sound waves of crystal singing bowls, hear beautiful calming chimes, and the gentle "shower" of a rain stick. Each participant will receive a relaxation essential oil roller and a cup of delicious hot tea.
